Fourth ODI gets into full swing

Port Elizabeth – The West Indies won the toss and chose to bowl first against South Africa in the fourth One Day International (ODI) at St George’s Park in Port Elizabeth on Sunday.

South Africa made four changes to their team with some of their key players given a rest after the Proteas took an unassailable 3-0 lead in East London in the five-match series.

Left out were Dale Steyn, Hashim Amla, Vernon Philander and Imran Tahir.

Into the line-up came Morne van Wyk, Wayne Parnell, Kyle Abbott and Aaron Phangiso.

AB de Villiers would be rested from wicketkeeping duties with Van Wyk taking the gloves.

Van Wyk, who last played an ODI for the Proteas at the 2011

World Cup, would also open the batting with Rilee Rossouw.

For the West Indies, Darren Sammy, Sheldon Cottrell and Leon Johnson return to the line-up.

Sulieman Benn, Narsingh Deonarine and Jerome Taylor fall out of the match XI after playing in the previous match.
