Lions team for Cup final named

Cape Town – Golden Lions coach Johan Ackermann has announced his team for Saturday's Currie Cup final against Western Province in Cape Town.

Ackermann left his starting line-up changed and made a single change to his match-day 22, as Jacques van Rooyen comes in as cover on the replacements' bench.

Golden Lions team: Jaco van der Walt, Ruan Combrinck, Lionel Mapoe, Howard Mnisi, Courtnall Skosan, Marnitz Boshoff, Ross Cronje, Warren Whiteley (captain), Derick Minnie, Jaco Kriel, Franco Mostert, Martin Muller, Ruan Dreyer, Robbie Coetzee, Schalk van der Merwe.

Replacements: Armand van der Merwe, Jacques van Rooyen, Julian Redelinghuys, Willie Britz, Warwick Tecklenburg, Mark Richards, Harold Vorster. – Sapa
