On June 11, 2015, the Cell C Sharks rugby team visited the Vodacom Information Communication Technology (ICT) centre in Umbilo.
The visit was a part of the “Tries For Teachers” Campaign, where Vodacom donates R5 000 towards teacher training for every try scored by a South African team during the 2015 Super Rugby season.
So far, R820 000 has been donated by Vodacom this season, with a few weeks still remaining until the end of the season.
