Berlin – Freshly-crowned Indian Wells champion Rafael Nadal climbed from fifth to fourth in the latest men's tennis rankings issued on Monday by the ATP.

Nadal, who beat Argentine Juan Martin del Potro in the final of the Masters event in California Sunday, has 6,745 points as he moved ahead of fellow-Spaniard David Ferrer again. Nadal is in his comeback from seven months on the sidelines over knee problems and a virus.

Serbia's Novak Djokovic continues to dominate the rankings with 13,280 from Roger Federer of Switzerland (8,715) and Briton Andy Murray (8,350).
