A shocking new lawsuit has revealed that an A-list male celebrity has given his sexual partner herpes. According to the Daily Mail, the star is described as having “substantial fame internationally” and is said to be worth over $100m.

In court documents, the unnamed plaintiff describes how he/she met the celebrity in Las Vegas and later contracted herpes. The alleged victim, who has not been identified as either a male or female, is suing for $20m.

The civil suit claims that the celebrity “entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure [the] plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires”. Furthermore, the plaintiff claims that the star swore he had no venereal diseases.

The couple are then said to have watched porn together, before engaging in unprotected sex and “mutual oral copulation... mutual self-gratification [and] play-wrestling”.

According to gossip site TMZ, proceedings took an even more seedy turn when it was discovered that the sex session was videotaped. According to the lawsuit, the celebrity insisted on their sex sessions being taped so that “they could relive the magic over -- and over -- again”.

That news sparked a bidding war, with several porn companies offering the plaintiff a small fortune, according to his/her lawyer, Keith Davidson. Youporn.com has apparently offered $1-million, while another company is said to have topped that bid. A niche porno website has also entered the race, and is reportedly willing to pay big money, in a bid to entice “bug chasers”. For those who don’t know, the term “bug chasing” refers to the questionable act of knowingly engaging in sex with someone who has an STD. - IOL
