London - Justin Bieber is being sued by his former neighbour.

Jeff Schwartz has filed a lawsuit stating him and his wife have been left with "emotional distress" following allegations the 'Boyfriend' hitmaker and a group of friends threw eggs at his house, gossip website TMZ reports.

The 21-year-old singer pleaded no contest to vandalism and was given probation after the incident but his pay out of $80,000 for repairs is not enough, Jeff has said in the documents.

He has claimed Justin and his friends had terrorised their neighbourhood with loud parties and drag races and Justin has even

been accused of spitting on Jeff, something he has vehemently denied.

The suit also claims that the singer's bodyguard called Jeff a "little Jew boy" prior to his house being egged in January 2014.

He claimed the incident happened in 2013 when the pop star and his pals were speeding around the neighbourhood in a Ferrari owned by the star.

When asked by Jeff and a friend to stop over fears of safety, his bodyguards allegedly called him the racist term and said repeatedly, 'What are you going to do about it, Jew boy?'

Jeff is suing the star for "emotional distress".
