Disgraced teen pop star Justin Bieber better hope that US President Barack Obama is a Belieber.

While the teen pop star’s love-struck fans cry in sympathy for their wayward idol, non-Beliebers have sprung into action.

Already, over 50 000 people have signed a petition on the White House’s We The People portal, asking that the Canadian singer’s green card be revoked.

According to the Daily Mail, the petition needs 100 000 signees before President Obama will even consider it.

The petition reads: “We the people of the United States … would like to see the dangerous, destructive, and drug abusing Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked.

“He is not only threatening the safety of our people, but he is also a terrible influence on our nation’s youth.

“We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society.”

Bieber’s public profile has taken a severe battering after he was not only arrested for driving under the influence, but for also resisting arrest and driving without a valid license.

Further condemnation was heaped upon the star when he failed to apologise to his young fans after the ugly incident last week. Instead, Bieber hid from public view in a hotel, before gathering up his entourage for some party time in Panama. - Tonight Reporter
