Clint Eastwood and Dina Eastwood are officially divorced.
The former couple, who announced their separation in October 2013 after 17 years of marriage and have daughter Morgan, 17, were both "restored to the status of single persons" by Judge Susan Matcham, who signed off on paperwork to formally end their union in Monterey, California on Monday after a lengthy battle over their pre-nuptial agreement.
No details about how they divided Clint's $350 million fortune were disclosed in the divorce decree, but both parties indicated they'd reached a settlement by finally signing legal papers to dissolve their marriage on November 24, according to gossip website RadarOnline.com.
A source previously revealed Clint, 84, and former news anchor Dina, 49, had been arguing over how to divide their assets, but they recently turned to arbitration in a bid to reach an amicable agreement because they didn't want to air their dirty laundry in public.
Clint was allegedly reluctant to give Dina custody of their daughter, spousal support and pay for her legal fees.
The insider said: "Despite a prenup, Clint vowed not to be taken to the cleaners again - especially after his divorce from Maggie Johnson in 1984 cost him $25 million."
