Natalie Imbruglia did a lot of “crazy stuff” after the breakdown of her five-year marriage.
The singer split from her husband, Silverchair frontman Daniel Johns, in 2008 and admitted she felt a sense of freedom which led to rumours of flings with a host of A-listers including Robbie Williams, David Schwimmer and Chris Martin.
Natalie claims she was simply friends with the Coldplay frontman, never romanced the former Take That singer, but did enjoy a “happy relationship” with Friends star David.
She told Red magazine: “After my divorce I was doing lots of crazy stuff. That was one good thing that came out of it. You lose the fear.”
When questioned over the alleged flings, she said: “Robbie Williams? No. Never Happened. David Schwimmer? Yes, that was a happy relationship.”
And on the subject of Gwyneth Paltrow’s ex Chris, she added: “We are mates and I haven’t seen him in ages.”
