London - Beyonce references the elevator altercation between Jay Z and her sister, Solange, in a new track.

The 'Single Ladies' star released a new remix of her track 'Flawless' featuring Nicki Minaj on Saturdaynight and in it appears to make reference to Solange wildly swinging at her husband as she looked on after the Met Ball in New York earlier this year.

On the track she says: "Of course sometimes s**t goes down when there's a billion dollars on an elevator."

Elsewhere in the track she states: "Mommy taught me good home training, my daddy taught me how to love my haters, my sister told me I should speak my mind, my man made me feel so goddamn fine."

The reasons for Solange's attack on Jay Z in May have never been revealed, but a week after the soundless footage leaked, they issued a joint statement saying they had resolved their issues.

Jay Z and Beyonce have been plagued by rumours their marriage is in trouble over the last week, but they have nevertheless continued their On The Run tour, which saw them perform in Los Angeles last night, watched by a star studded crowd including Natalie Portman, David and Victoria Beckham, Courtney Love, Nicole Richie, Salma Hayek and Nick Cannon.

Meanwhile, the pair are also said to be sleeping in separate rooms in separate hotels while on their On The Run joint tour.

A source explained: “They're not just staying in different hotel rooms, but they have booked separate hotels, and they arrive separately to each show.”

The source told the New York Post newspaper's PageSix: “They've had discussions lately about the inevitable sit-down interview when they finally do split, and Jay's been adamant that he doesn't want Beyoncé sitting down with Barbara Walters or Oprah Winfrey pretending to be the victim.”

An emergency meeting is said to have taken place between the couple and their tour promoters Live Nation, as there are worries they may not be able to complete their remaining concert dates.

The source added: “This may not make it to San Francisco. I'm definitely not sure that they'll make it to Paris.” - BANG Showbiz
