Celine Dion is selling her mansion complete with a water-park for $72 million (R735 million).

The 'My Heart Will Go On' singer is looking for bidders on her Jupiter Island, Florida home - which comes complete with multiple pools and a lazy river - where she lives with her husband Rene Angelil, 68, son Rene Charles,12, and two-year-old twins, Nelson and Eddie, for one month each year.

The listing comes after it was announced in March that Celine - who is currently based in Las Vegas and also spends time in her native of Canada - would be extending the contract for her residency show at the Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino until 2019.

Potential buyers of the 10 000 sq-ft water-front estate would join a star-studded neighbourhood which includes retired basketball star Michael Jordan and singer Kid Rock.

The 45-year-old star and her husband Rene Angelil built the luxury mansion three years ago before buying two adjacent lots for over $20 million to extend the property.

Set on 57 acres the five bedroom house has been listed with a Quebec and Palm Beach real estate agents and features an eight-bedroom guesthouse and a tennis house with a simulated golf range.
