London - Justin Bieber's bodyguard has been accused of threatening a photographer with a gun.

Camera enthusiast Jeffrey Binion recently filed a police report claiming the 19-year-old singer's security attacked him and stole his memory card after he tried to take photos of the star skateboarding outside the Hit Factory recording studio in Miami last Wednesday (06.05.13).

However, website TMZ reports Jeffrey now claims the 'Baby' hitmaker demanded his bodyguard, Hugo Hesny, threw him against a wall, held him by the throat and displayed a gun as the rest of the security team took the card holding all his camera images.

Russell S. Adler, representing Jeffrey - who says he suffered bodily injury, pain and suffering, mental anguish and incurred medical expenses - said his client is now planning to damages.

He said: "Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one. He needs to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm innocent people. Bieber's violent behaviour toward photographers must end, and he should take responsibility for his actions.

"No amount of fame or fortune justifies Bieber's shameful and outrageous conduct. To send him that message and deter his misbehaviour in the future, we will seek punitive damages against him as allowed by Florida law."

The lawyer added he doesn't believe Hugo holds a license to work in the state of Florida, let alone a permit to hold concealed weapons.

During the incident, Justin was caught on video screaming at his entourage to "grab that camera! Get that f***ing camera out of here".

However, after the distressed snapper pleaded with him to return his property, the pop star responded with, "Alright, alright. I'm gonna give you your camera back. I'm gonna take your SIM card [sic] though." - Bang Showbiz
