His ex-wives may believe otherwise, but legal documents show that Robert Kardashian declared Khloe as his biological daughter.

According to the Daily Mail, Robert submitted documents to a judge in 1999, stating that he had four biological children – Kourtney, Khloe; Kim and Robert – with his ex-wife Kris. Robert had filed the documents as he tried to annul his marriage to his second wife Jan Ashley. The marriage had fallen apart because Robert wasn’t willing to have children with her.

“I decided that since I already had four biological children, I did not wish to have any more,” said Robert in the declaration.

The papers have come to light after Ashley and another of Robert’s ex-wives, Ellen Pierson, claimed that Robert had told them that Khloe wasn’t his.

Yesterday, Khloe took to Twitter to rubbish the claims, calling the ex-wives “disgusting”.

This morning, Kris Jenner also refuted the claims in a Good Morning America appearance.

“It just gets weirder and weirder: I have never heard such crap in my life,” she said when asked for her take on the story.

“I mean, I was there! I gave birth, I know who the dad was.”

Pierson, however, is sticking to her story. In an interview with Star magazine, she insisted that she had had many conversations with Robert on the topic, and that he had told her that Khloe wasn’t his biological daughter. Pierson married Robert two months before his death in 2003. She has since fallen on hard times and filed for bankruptcy in 2010.

Jan Ashley is backing Pierson’s claims, saying that Robert and Kris Jenner were not sleeping together at the time Khloe was conceived. She also claims that Khloe knew she wasn’t Robert’s child.

“Khloe brought it up all the time. She looked nothing like the rest. She was tall, had a different shape, light hair, curly hair. Didn't look anything like the other three children.”

Khloe herself questioned whether she was a Kardashian in a 2009 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, with Kris undergoing a maternity test to prove to Khloe that she wasn’t adopted.

Pierson, however, claims Robert would never have agreed to a paternity test.

“He never would have considered a DNA test. He loved her very much. Robert did question the fact that Khloe was his,” she said.

“Any normal man would if they knew their wife had cheated on him.”

Kris recently admitted in a new book that she had cheated on Robert during their marriage. - IOL
