5 Seconds of Summer's Ashton Irwin has denied he is dating Kendall Jenner.
The 20-year-old drummer was rumoured to be dating the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star after the pair were spotted getting into a taxi together last month.
He told The Sun: “We're not dating. I met her in New York with our team and we just hung out and had a drink.
“We were walking down the road - there was a whole group of us. And I didn't even get in that taxi.”
Ashton - whose band is currently touring with One Direction - admitted he did have a crush on the 18-year-old television personality and model.
He said: “Hell yeah, she is very attractive, don't get me wrong.
“I'm kind of awkward, though, I think the most conversation we had was like, 'Hello, I'm Ashton'.”
Meanwhile, bandmates Michael Clifford, 18, and Luke Hemmings, 18 have joked that they get less media attention than their fellow band members.
Ashton said: “Michael and Luke are a bit annoyed they've been left out of the headlines.”
“No one cares about me and Luke. You guys can just start terrible rumours about us. Like, let's say Luke got into a cab with Whoopi Goldberg,” Michael added.
The band's bassist, Calum Hood, 18, made the headlines last week when a naked picture of him was posted online.
Speaking about the incident, he said: “You gotta just move on. I wasn't going to sit in my room and cry over it.
“It's out there now - it'll be gone in two days.”
