London - Louis Tomlinson has pulled out of a soccer match due to injury.

The One Direction star - who was vomited after a crunching tackle from professional player Gabriel Agbonlahor in a charity game on September 8 - will not be able to play for Doncaster Rovers as scheduled on Wednesday (18.09.13).

The 'Best Song Ever' hitmaker - who signed for his hometown club earlier this year as a non-contract player - was due to make his debut for the team' reserve side this week but has been forced to pull out due to his injury.

He wrote on Twitter: "Unfortunately due to injury I cannot play at this week's Doncaster Rovers match.

"I will still be attending the match on the bench ... I will play in another game in 2014, to be announced.

"Fans that have bought tickets for the match can apply for a full refund. I'm really sorry I can't play I'm gutted."
