George Clooney won’t play pranks on his wife.
The actor is known for his love of practical jokes but fears the consequences if he made his spouse Amal the butt of one of his gags.
Asked if he plays jokes on Amal, he said: “Listen, she’s a lawyer. I can get in trouble. She can do anything to me. I could be behind bars.”
While there are no pranks in his marriage, the 54-year-old insists he has a lot of “fun” with his wife.
He told Entertainment Tonight: “It’s been pretty great. I’m very lucky, I’m very happy and we have a really fun time.
“I’m very proud of the things that she does in the world and who she is, and she has a wonderful family and friends. It’s been a really exciting, fun time.”
George famously vowed never to marry again following his four-year union with actress Talia Balsam, which ended in 1993, and he admits his friends mocked him when he tied the knot with Amal last September.
