Heidi Klum is a “control freak”.
The blonde has confessed she struggles to be spontaneous and is constantly making lists to prioritise her life and ensure her day goes smoothly.
She said: “I’m quite a control freak, and I like to stay on top of things, so I write a lot of lists to make sure I don’t forget anything. I make a list before I go to bed, and when I get out of the shower, I even make lists when I am getting a massage.”
The 41-year-old, who has Leni, 10, from her relationship with Flavio Briatore, and Henry, 9, Johan, 8, and Lou, 5, with her ex-husband Seal, has to be especially organised when it comes to her kids and even works out a colour-coded timetable on her computer to keep track of the youngsters’ busy schedules.
She told the Mail on Sunday’s You magazine: “I have to be incredibly organised. All my children have different interests, different friends, so there are play dates, sleepovers, football, karate, dancing...” - BANG Showbiz
