At a recent awards event, Deepika Padukone bagged an award for her performance in Happy New Year. The leggy lass dedicated her award to Ranaut.
Padukone said: “Thank you for this award, but I believe that this year it belonged to Kangana. So, Kangana, this one’s for you”.
While fans of Padukone feel that the actress was very modest by dedicating her award to her fellow actress, Ranaut has a different take on the issue.
When Ranaut, was asked about this gesture, all she had to say was this: “Yes, I heard about that, but I hope some day, she will tell me in person what she feels about my work. I’d appreciate that more.” – Oneindia.in
