The debate over who the new superstar is in Tamil cinema has been going on for some time and more often than not the argument tends to attract unpleasant comments from fans.
Thanks to the transparent nature of social media forums, prominent celebrities not involved in the discussion have requested fans not to come up with such comments.
One such celebrity was DHANUSH who made a similar request to his fans on a popular TV show. Ironically, he became the reason to start the much- disliked debate all over again.
At an event in London, Dhanush spoke about Ilayathalapathy Vijay. He said: “Vijay sir is a good friend of mine, he is a very humble and friendly person. He has his own fans, his own style quotient and has made a name for himself as a superstar.”
