Miley Cyrus has made a porno.
The “Wrecking Ball” singer, intent on smashing her former Hannah Montana persona to pieces, is the star of “Tongue Tied”, an S&M-themed art film which will be screened at the upcoming NYC Porn Film Festival.
Cyrus submitted the film herself, and the founder of the festival, Simon Leahy, claims “It's a pop take on S&M. She's starting to become more of a contemporary artist”.
Art critics will now have the chance to judge for themselves. In the black-and-white “Tongue Tied”, Cyrus strikes a series of provocative poses, struggling against her restraints, and dousing herself with body paint. Electrical tape over her nipples, and a latex thong, are the only clothing items protecting her modesty. Still, in one scene, she opts for no clothes at all, with a bunch of roses obscuring her naked behind.
The film, directed by Quentin Jones, is peppered with psychedelic images, including floating heads. Because of the bondage theme, the film has already drawn comparisons with 50 Shades of Grey and Madonna’s Justify My Love music video. Images from Tongue Tied were used during Cyrus’ Bangerz Tour last year.
