It has been confirmed that Bollywood actor SALMAN KHAN will do the Kannada film Kranthiveera Sangolli Rayanna, originally filmed with Darshan, Jayapradha, Shashi Kumar and Nikitha Thukral in the lead roles.
The movie is about the legendary warrior, Sangolli Rayanna, who was the army chief of the Kingdom of Kittur.
Darshan won a Filmfare Best Actor Award and State Award in 2013 for this film.
It has been confirmed that Khan will play the same role as Darshan. Considering that Khan would play the warrior role, the film is likely to make it big at the box office.
