The fifth annual Spring Fiesta event promises to be bigger and better on Saturday.

Gauteng’s premiere spring concert will boast seven massive stages, each of which will be hosted by familiar faces in each sub-genre. With three international acts also playing, it’s hard to say that they will be headlining. After all, South Africa is one of the biggest territories for lovers of dance music and as such, Spring Fiesta will be a smorgasbord of acts that are each well respected in their own right.

So, in addition to American soulful house giant, Osunlade, you can also catch German deep house maverick, Lars Behrenroth, and French deep house DJ, Rocco. The trio will play at different times on the What About Soul Stage? which will be hosted by popular soulful house DJ, Lulo Café.

The Soul Candi Live Main Arena will see many of the nation’s biggest dance acts perform. They include Mafikizolo, Bucie, Black Motion, Dream-team and Big Nuz alongside DJ Tira as well as Black Coffee and Heavy K. Aptly named the Legends Set, DJ Fresh and Oskido will play together during this slot.

The House of Flava stage – which is hosted by TV and radio personality, Mo Flava – will see the likes of Mobi Dixon, Culoe de Song and DJ Franky. The Admiral and Jah Seed will be at the helm of the African Storm Stage where DJ Pepe and King Roots will play.

The Rock da Shades stage features The Faithful DJ, DJ Maratha and Sbuda Magic, while the Generation Next Stage, hosted by Olmeca Tequila, will present the competition winners.

Spring Fiesta is the home of house and dance music of all kinds. But over the years, it’s made a place for hip hop lovers as well. So the We Live Hip Hop stage, hosted by Sphectacular and Naves, will be blazed up by Ms Cosmo, Riky Rick, Kwesta and Okmalumkoolkat. Don’t miss out!
