Amber Rose is reportedly “p***ed” and “upset” after an alleged prostitution ring used her image as bait.

The 31-year-old model was shocked to learn police in Los Angeles are investigating a company after it was accused of trying to lure aspiring models into prostitution by claiming she was involved in its selection process “for a paid celebrity photo-shoot and clothing line.”

A source told Gossip Cop: “[Amber's] upset anyone would do this kind of thing in the first place.”

The blonde beauty also “feels sorry” for the young women who were duped.

The company are said to have set up FaceTime video calls for the hopefuls using old footage of Amber, which would quickly get cut off due to a bad connection.

The girls were then urged to go on dates with rich men and told that being “intimate” with them would help them to succeed in the modelling industry.

Police launched an investigation after a suspicious woman filed a report on 17 August, accusing the company of running a prostitution ring.

Amber alerted her fans immediately after learning a few details about the scam over the weekend.

She wrote on Twitter: “If ur receiving emails or Text from [email protected] dat ain't me Bih. Apparently that email has been Facetiming my fans 2 with an old ustream I did then hanging up saying they have bad reception smh. Tricky F*cks..... Very creative tho. I'll give them that (sic).”
