Bobbi Kristina Brown will be buried next to her mother, the late Whitney Houston.

The 22-year-old aspiring singer passed away on Sunday evening - almost six months after she was found unconscious in a bath - and she will reportedly be remembered with a funeral service in Atlanta, Georgia, this week, before her body is flown to New Jersey to be laid to rest alongside the 'I Will Always Love You' singer, 'Entertainment Tonight' reports.

Whitney - who died in 2012 - is buried next to her father, John Russell Houston, at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey.

Meanwhile, Bobbi's father, Bobby Brown, is said to be "taking comfort" from knowing his daughter is now "at peace" and in a "better place" with her mother.

A family member told People magazine: "He is holding it together more than you'd expect.

"He knew it was coming. Of course he's very emotional, but at the same time, he knows that Krissy is in a better place now.

"He is taking comfort in the fact that she's with her mother, and that there will be no more sadness or pain. She is at peace. He knows that, and is taking comfort in that."
