Khloé Kardashian threw a star-studded party for James Harden on a yacht last night.

The 30-year-old reality TV star, who has been dating the Houston Rockets basketball player for approximately one month, invited 200 friends and family members to help her new boyfriend celebrate his 26th birthday on the Fantasea Yacht in Marina Del Rey, California.

Guests, including Kim Kardashian West and husband Kanye West, Kris Jenner and boyfriend Corey Gamble, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and boyfriend Tyga, NBA stars Trevor Ariza and Baron Davis, were instructed to wear all white for the occasion and were greeted with glasses of champagne upon boarding the lavishly-decorated boat, according to UsMagazine.com.

In a surprise move, the couple also invited Kanye's ex-girlfriend Amber Rose, who got into a heated war of words with Khloé on Twitter earlier this year after she slammed Tyga, 25, for dumping her friend Blac Chyna for Kylie, 18, to the event.

While the night appears to have been a huge success, thousands of residents in the area complained after being woken up by their giant fireworks display at midnight.

A source told gossip website TMZ.com that city officials have launched an investigation to find out how Khloé and James obtained a permit for the spectacle, which lasted 15 minutes.

The L.A. department that normally issues permits for fireworks in the marina says it would never allow such a display to take place on a Tuesday night, but it was far enough off shore to be outside city jurisdiction.
