What kind of birthday present do you buy for the 65-year-old man who has it all?
If the birthday boy is Bruce Jenner, a bit of pink goes a long way.
The former Olympian and soon-to-be ex-husband of Kardashian momager Kris Jenner was spotted sneaking a smoke in his car yesterday, sporting hot pink nail polish.
Bruce has been the subject of many rumours surrounding his sexual identity after he reportedly had his Adam’s Apple surgically reduced. Some claims suggest he has considered a gender reassignment procedure and would like to be known as “Brigitte”. Other sources claim that Bruce is so desperate to recapture the good looks he had during his time as an athlete, he has become addicted to plastic surgery.
Since splitting from Kris, Bruce has taken up residence in Malibu, bought a Harley Davidson, and has started wearing his hair in a ponytail.
He has also reportedly started dating. Kris was allegedly “devastated” when Bruce took her best friend and former assistant, Ronda Kamihira, to an Elton John concert earlier this month. That said, Kris has wasted little time in playing the dating game.
Last week, she was spotted getting cosy with a member of Justin Bieber’s management team, Cory Gamble. A source told gossip site TMZ that the pair are not serious, but have been romantically involved.
Meanwhile, the Kardashian girls paid tribute to Bruce on his birthday.
Kendall Jenner posted a black-and-white picture of Bruce with the caption: “Happy birthday to my dad, my everything!”
Kim took the time to remind Bruce that he was now a “senior citizen”.
In the run-up to his birthday, Khloe and Kourtney revealed what Bruce was likely to get as a birthday present.
“Bruce is just boring. I feel like we get him the same stuff every year, but that's what he wants,” said Khloe.
“A gift certificate,” Kourtney replied.
“That's all he wants though, and I feel so bad, but he loves it. When he opens it, you'd think he's never gotten it before because of how surprised he acts…And I'm like, 'You knew what was coming,' but I appreciate his dedication in acting surprised.” – Tonight Reporter
