John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are selling their New York City flat for $4.5 million (R54.78).
The couple have put their lavish one-bedroom condo in Manhattan on the market after carrying out extensive renovations since they bought it for $2.5 million in 2012.
The property, which graced the cover of Architectural Digest in February, blends rustic and industrial features, including reclaimed wood floors, exposed brick walls and warm metallic finishes.
With views of the city, the condo is described by Compass Real Estate as a “one-of-a-kind celebrity loft” with an open and spacious plan that “allows for effortless entertaining or enjoying one’s privacy”.
