Charlie Sheen - who is facing a legal battle for allegedly sexually assaulting a dental technician - spewed his disgust at the plaintiff online, calling her a “desperate troll”.

The Anger Management star - who had sought treatment for an abscess when the alleged attack occurred - sent a message via website TMZ, saying: "Hey cholesterol pants: Maybe you should have taken the crack you so brazenly and ignorantly accused me of being on, and sold it!

"Now that you're a jobless washout and a traitor, you're gonna need the extra dough ... lick those food stamps, you desperate troll. C."

The website initially reported that Charlie's dentist denied the technician’s claims, and fired her from his practice after she spoke out about his famous patient, violating privacy regulations. The dentist has since denied these reports.

Margarita Palestino filed the lawsuit claiming the actor grabbed her left breast and tried to take off her bra when he jumped out of a dental chair and pulled his nitrous oxide mask off while seeking treatment for an abscess last week.

In court documents, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, the plaintiff alleges that Charlie initially yelled, “I'm going to f**king kill you!” at her, but then tried to pull down her scrubs, grabbed her bra and tried to pull it down, as she attempted to put the mask back on.

She claims Charlie’s bodyguards had told the dentist that the 49-year-old star was high on crack cocaine after he came into the office in an “incoherent” state and says his assistant offered her $500 for her troubles.

Charlie's dentist - who was reportedly also in the room along with an oral surgeon - left the room and allegedly told the technician his famous patient had gone after him with a knife, but he was unhurt.

Addredding Palestino’s claim, lawyer Marty Singer, said: “This is a ridiculous claim by an opportunist looking to make her 15 minutes of fame and my client is confident he will prevail in this absurd lawsuit.”

Charlie’s representative Jeff Ballard said: "Charlie went to the dentist and had a bad reaction to the nitrous oxide which the dentist administered to him. There was no knife involved and there were no illegal drugs involved as well." - Bang Showbiz and IOL
