Anna Kendrick says her fans turn up at her house expecting her to have a “f***ing butler”.
The Pitch Perfect 2 star found it hilarious when two fans unexpectedly knocked on the door of her home and were shocked to find the Hollywood starlet answered it herself.
She told The Guardian: “It was weird because they don’t think you’re going to answer your own front door. And I don’t think of myself as someone who has a f***ing butler. It was as though they were saying: ‘Well, you answered the door!’ And I was like: ‘I thought you were UPS.’”
Anna has had many odd gifts from fans delivered to her address, including a fake pair of diamond earrings. She previously said: “I got a gift with, like, a really long letter about how he really felt like we should be together, and if I’d just give him a chance, and he didn’t want to do it over social media because he thought that would pressure me because it was public, he (wanted) to be a gentleman. And he sent me a pair of diamond earrings.”
