• Top Gear: The Perfect Road Trip, BBC Entertainment, 20.00

Seven days, hundreds of kilometres, 20 cars, two boats, a motorbike and a dream… it all adds up to the perfect road trip for Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond. They aim to select the ideal mode of transport for each leg of a pilgrimage from Venice in Italy to Pau in France, home to a legendary street circuit and the origins of Grand Prix racing. On the way they prepare by taking to the track at Monza, home of Italian Formula One, and try to get noticed in Monaco.

Faking it is a new romantic comedy about two best friends who love each other – in slightly different ways. After many failed attempts to become popular, the girls are mistakenly outed as lesbians, which launches them on the road to celebrity status.

• Mountain Men, History, 20.30

The Mountain Men continue to carve their lives from the untamed ranges of America while facing one of the coldest and meanest winters in decades in this third series. Predators are a constant threat for Marty, Tom, Eustace, Rich, Charlie and new mountain man Kyle. They all know that the meanest beast in the wild is Mother Nature herself, and this year she’s giving them hell.

With the annual Dauphine Street music festival around the corner, Davina, itching for a night out, convinces Marcel to let her attend. Marcel cautiously obliges but asks Camille to keep a watchful eye on Davina. Agnes convinces Hayley to visit a mysterious doctor in the bayou, where she makes a shocking discovery.
