Justin Bieber is a victim of bullying. The ‘Baby’ hit singer revealed during an interview with Ryan Seacrest that it isn’t easy being a super-wealthy teenage hearttrob when the media is out to get him.

“I'm becoming a man, but I'm still 19, I'm still finding myself and when I have the media attacking me every day it's no [different] than bullying that happens in school, these people calling me names and saying things, and they don't know what's true or not,” he opined.

Bieber has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons in 2013. He’s managed to anger his neighbours in the exclusive gated community he resides in for speeding in his white Ferrari. Then there were the images of him urinating in a bucket in a restaurant, not to mention his open flirtation with drugs and, most recently, prostitutes in a recent tour of Brazil. The star has also shown a blatant disregard for his fans, saying rather uncomplimentary things about them and putting in some tardy performances during his pricey world tour.

However, as Bieber told Seacrest, no one should expect him to be a role model. “People forget I’m a human being,” he said.

Bieber used the interview to promote his upcoming film ‘Believe’, which releases on Christmas Day. The star claims the film will clear up the misconceptions about his private life and give fans a glimpse of what happens behind the scenes.

He has also released a new single ‘Confident’, which has already reached the number one spot on iTunes. - Tonight Reporter
