A festive Farm to Table lunch

Celebrate the most wonderful time of year with The Forum Company’s final Farm to Table on Sunday 6 December.

A chance to get together with friends and family and share a delightful meal before everyone heads on vacation. The forum company chefs have gone all out for this festive-inspired buffet, just have a look at this scrumptious menu:

For starters, each table will be treated to a mixed tomato and basil flat bread and pork hock terrine with granny smith apple chutney and grainy mustard.

From our main course buffet, you can expect an array of festive delights, including free range roasted hens with sage and onion stuffing; hot smoked trout with lemon and dill aioli, wild mushroom and truffle scotch egg; thyme roasted baby potatoes; roasted pumpkin salad with charred peppers; marjoram roasted chestnuts; honeyed heirloom carrot salad; watermelon, radish, pomegranate and rocket salad with goats cheese.

Dessert will be a feast for the eyes with a range of Homemade Christmas puddings, mini mince pies, very berry pavlova, classic lemon tart fingers, and dark chocolate pot with cherry sauce.

Celebrate the beginning of the festive season with a relaxed Sunday afternoon under the trees with your loved ones, enjoying fine food and a serene view.

P.S. Kids are welcome to bring their bicycles along!
