Auditions:

Vuyani Dance Theatre (VDT) invites aspirants aged 18 to 26 to audition for a year-long apprentice training programme. Candidates must have completed matric and/or studied dance at a tertiary institution. Prior experience, teaching and singing skills an advantage. The training will give qualifying candidates insight into VDT’s repertoire and may include national and international touring.Auditions take place at The Dance Space (old MID building), 1 President St, Newtown on December 5 and 6, from 9am.

Candidates should send their CVs, recent head and shoulder picture and a one-page motivational letter. Only 15 candidates will be selected for next year’s programme.
