Call for performances: theatre, dance and music at the seventh Jozi Book Fair at Wits. Works can be in any language, a full ensemble piece, an intervention, live performance, an installation, and/or totally interactive. All works should translate to work within a public environment and actively engage intentional and incidental audiences alike and should not exceed 20 minutes. Works should be suitable for children, youth, public and family audiences. Music bands: open to solo and ensemble artists of any music genre played live, sets should not exceed 20 minutes, music should be suitable for young audiences, children and the general public.The deadline is Monday. The Imbewu Trust’s 2015 SCrIBE Scriptwriting Competition entries are open. Scripts should be in English, no longer than 40 pages or 80 minutes long, with a maximum of five cast members.
