Auditions for the Joburg Ballet’s 2014 Graduate Programme will be held on Saturday at 10am at the SAMB studios, Joburg Theatre, Hoofd St, Braam-fontein. For any post-matric aspiring dancer, the programme is a dream year, offering an opportunity to train for six months or a year with a professional ballet company and experience the career of a professional ballet dancer. The audition will consist of an audition ballet class and should be completed by noon. Applicants should be dressed in ballet gear Fees are R1 350 a month with a limited number of bursaries.
