GOLDEN HORSE CASINO (PMB): South Africa’s favourite comedian, Trevor Noah, is on tour and bringing some of his friends along in NationWILD. This tour will visit Golden Horse Casino from Friday to Sunday. The comedy showcase, which also comes to Suncoast Casino in Durban from September 25 to 28, features Noah and Dillan Oliphant, Dusty Rich, Loyiso Madinga (LoyMad) and Robby Collins. THE PLAYHOUSE, Loft: The Return of the Boolulu Uncle is the story of Senzo Mthethwa growing up in an Indian home. The production is the sequel to The Boolulu Uncle. Runs tomorrow to Sunday. R100 at Computicket.

THE RHUMBELOW THEATRE (PMB): Catch Lisa Bobbert on top form in Bobbertlicious! for two shows only on Sunday at the Allan Wilson Shellhole in PMB. Bobbert unleashes her zany zoo of loopy alter egos in her new show, staging at 2pm and 6.30pm. Chantal, Charmaine, Delphine and even Tina Turner are just some of her line-up of larger-than-life lasses who feature in this evening of entertainment. THE BARNYARD THEATRE, Gateway: 99 Hits runs until October 12. Expect 99 hit songs in one show. Watch how Elvis takes on Cliff Richard, Cher takes on Mick Jagger and how Katy Perry takes on Miley Cyrus. The cast consists of five vocalists – Andrew Webster, Marvin Nethononda, Lee Paver, Caelee Vercuiel and Jean Juliet – while the band includes Joe du Toit (guitar), Calli Thomson (keyboard), Kelly Joubert (bass guitar) and Nelis Du Plessis (drums); and they will be joined by dancers Angelita Horsch and Jade Farhangi. HILTON COLLEGE: KZN’s premier arts festival, the 22nd annual Witness Hilton Arts Festival, will once again take place at Hilton College in the Midlands from Thursday to Sunday. SIBAYA CASINO, iZulu Theatre: The show One Nite Stand, written and performed by Mervyn Pillay, also his first hit solo adult stand-up comedy show, makes a comeback. The show is filled with the many experiences Mervyn has had as a boy, son, father, son-in-law and South African Indian. One Night Stand carries an adults only age restriction.
