Charles M Schulz created the lovable cartoon character Snoopy in the Peanuts comic strip, which he drew for 50 years. A comic script enjoyed by both children and adults, it deals with issues like love and rejection.

The comic was turned into a musical and the entertaining Peanuts gang - Charlie Brown, Linus, Woodstock, Snoopy, Lucy and crew - came to life on stage. Now Durbanites can brace themselves for a wonderful experience as Snoopy!!! the musical comedy comes to town.

Director Elzabe Zietsman says that the play is not exactly a young children's play and they will not understand most of the wit, irony and sarcasm. The script is taken straight out of the original comic strips. The show runs at the Elizabeth Sneddon from April 5 to 29 and bookings can be made through Computicket.
