Liam Hemsworth is “much happier” after splitting from Miley Cyrus.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire star, who broke up with the’Wrecking Ball singer in September, says he’s in a better place now and is moving on.

The 23-year-old said: “These days I feel like I’m more centred and grounded than I’ve ever been.”

The actor, who met Miley in 2010 on the set of The Last Song, admits he’s gone through a lot since moving to Hollywood from his native Australia five years ago.

He said: “I’ve learned so much. The first few years in LA were really tough and scary, but I had to figure things out for myself.”

And that meant learning to deal with all the media attention after his engagement to Miley, 20, whose controversial comeback and twerking antics were said to be the reason behind their breakup.

Liam said: “What I always keep in mind is that I know what the truth is and that’s all that matters. I know I’m a good person.”

After admitting he’s not seeing anyone special, he says his co-star Jennifer Lawrence has helped him find balance in his life.

He said: “For a few years I went down a path where I forgot to be in the moment and enjoy the moment. But being around some-one like Jen, who is so honest and laughs all day long, I am forced to be in the right now. I’m much happier.”

Meanwhile, Chris Brown’s ( pictured right) girlfriend is sticking by him as he heads to rehab.

Karrueche Tran is standing by her man after a judge sentenced the R&B star to ninety days in a live-in rehab-ilitation centre to focus on his anger issues.

According to Hollywoodlife.com, Karrueche was with her boyfriend after the court case and gave him words of support.

The source said: “They were together afterwards and she held his hand when they walked out, and in the car ride home, he laid his head on her shoulder. She thought he wanted to cry but Chris will never let anyone see him like that.”

She supposedly told Chris to “keep his head up” and focus on getting better in rehab.

Karrueche, 25, was by Chris’ side when he left LA County Superior Court, and she tried to cheer him up after his daunting new rehab sentence.

The 24-year-old was believed to be putting on a brave front as he’s still “terrified” he could be sent to prison.

The source added: “Karrueche told him, ‘Focus and get all this sh*t done so you can put it all behind you. Don’t worry, I’m here,’ She was hoping that would lift him up.”

The judge is cracking down on the case after Chris was reportedly kicked out of rehab for throwing a rock at his mother’s car window when she visited him for a “family session”.
