Bowesdorp - 120913 - Cars left behind from when the city changed locations - Bowesdorp is a small valley just off the N7 between Kamieskroon and Springbok. Bowesdorp was the original Kamieskroon. The area was founded by Dr Bowes but they soon had to relocate to where Kamieskroon is now in 1924 because the valley was too small for their city. The first thing they moved was the Church.
