Gaborone - Coated in mud, a leopard emerges from an African waterhole with his lunch – a tasty fish – clamped in his jaws.
The predator had stood poised by Savuti Channel in Botswana waiting for a victim to appear, before using his lightning reflexes to leap in and capture it.
The leopards of Savuti are known for their unique skills in catching fish but have rarely been photographed. These images were captured by tourist Abel Coelho, 57.
