Johannesburg - Shares of Anglo American Platinum fell more than 1 percent on Tuesday, extending losses from the previous session, after all its operations in South Africa were suspended following violence at one of the company's mines.
At 10:57 SA time, Amplats' shares were down 1.57 percent to 436 rand, compared with a 0.38 percent rise in the JSE Top-40 blue-chip index. - Reuters
