Durban - Clover Industries will soon be on the lookout for a new financial director after Elton Bosch resigned from his post on Wednesday.
The company said Bosch had tendered his resignation for personal reasons and in order to pursue other interests. Bosch’s employment and directorship will continue until the end of the year. “He has committed to assist the board during this transitional period to ensure the desired continuity in the business,” the group said.

Bosch joined Clover in June 2012 and became a financial director in January 2016. “Over and above his financial acumen, Bosch has contributed significantly to the risk and governance areas of the business, which is greatly appreciated by the board," the group said.
