JOHANNESBURG - Dual-listed energy resources company Resource Generation said yesterday it had signed an agreement with Noble Resources International for the supply of additional uncontracted coal to be produced from Boikarabelo mine.
The company said the agreement was signed through its subsidiary, Ledjadja Coal, Boikarabelo mine is an open-cut coal mine in the Waterberg coalfield in Limpopo.
The agreement will see Resource Generation selling and delivering a committed quantity of 800000 tons of coal a year, plus up to 300000 tons of coal a year as advised on a quarterly basis.
