JOHANNESBURG - Trading in the shares of Orion Real Estate on the JSE was suspended with immediate effect by the bourse yesterday because of the listed property company’s failure to submit its provisional financial results report within the three-month period after the end of its financial year as stipulated in the listing requirements.
Orion said its audited results were expected to be published on or before November 16. It attributed the delay in publishing its financial results to delays in finalising the audit, which were “outside the control of the company”.
