Cape Town - South Africa's government has not yet quantified the impact on the economy of a 5-month platinum strike but it still expects to meet its revenue collection targets, Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene said on Wednesday.

The strike which ended last week cost the world's three largest platinum producers more than 24 billion rand in lost revenue.
