Johannesburg - Volkswagen (VW) Group South Africa has appointed two new directors to its board of management.
The company said yesterday that Stefan Mecha had succeeded Petra Hoffmann as the director for sales and marketing and Henning Jens had taken over from Carsten Stapel as the finance director.

Mecha was the regional director for sales and marketing in northern Germany prior to joining VW Group South Africa.
Jens has joined VW Group South Africa from VW Osnabrück in Germany, where he was the chief finance officer and board member for finance controlling, information technology and purchasing.
