Shares of South African small-cap logistics firm Santova Ltd rise 2.4 percent to 84 cents after the company says it is in talks that could impact its share price.
The company, which is involved in freight forwarding and insurance, does not give any other details about the talks.
Shares of the $13 million company are currently trading at about 5 times earnings according to Thomson Reuters data. Its shares are up about 24 percent so far this year, compared with a 17 percent rise in Johannsburg's Fledgling index. - Reuters
