10 Cape Town homes on the market if you have R200 million

CAPE TOWN - Cape Town is home to some of the most lux and upmarket homes. These homes come with a steep price tag but if you have R200 million or more to spend, here are some of Cape Town’s upscale homes according to Seeff and Pam Golding.

According to Seeff properties, the Atlantic Seaboard is currently home to 7 of the most expensive suburbs in the country. Also, Seeff holds 8 of the most expensive property mandates on the Atlantic Seaboard. 

Seeff said that since 2010, it sold some of the highest value property in the area which sold for from R20 million up to R110 million at the Waterfront and Clifton.

1. Clifton - R210 million 

These two double 3812sqm plots are located on Nettleton Road in Clifton. 

2. Clifton – R150 million plus VAT 

This luxurious Stefan Antoni-designed villa which is also located in Nettleton Road, the top road in the country features a five-bedroom suite. Two of these are master suites whilst the remaining suites cater for a cinema, gymnasium and cantilever arch and pool. 

3. Clifton Terraces - R100 million

4. Bantry Bay – R90 million

This contemporary architectural home in Bantry Bay has 6 bedroom suites. It also has a pool which overlooks the Atlantic Seaboard.  

5.  Mouille Point – R88 million

This beachfront duplex apartment has a three bedroom suite, a luxurious terrace and pool. 

6.  Clifton – R85 million

This beachfront apartment in Clifton has four bedrooms, a cinema, wine room, sauna, and entertainment terrace.

7. Camps Bay - R77.5 million

10. Bantry Bay - R65 million

This four bedroom home in Bantry Bay has a private pool deck, study/home office, security and Biolite fingerprint system and a rainwater harvesting system.
