JOHANNESBURG – South African Twitter users are calling for suspended South African Revenue Service (Sars) commissioner Tom Moyane's head to be on the chopping block as the interim report of the commission of inquiry into tax administration and governance reccomended that President Cyril Ramaphosa fire Moyane.
