2. Lush

Lush is a residential development that has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condo-style homes. The development is located within the Elaleni Coastal Forest Estate and it has facilities like walking and running trails swimming pools for children and adults and a tennis court. Phase 1 of the development is now sold out and sales of Phase 2 opened recently too.

3. Evergreen Lifestyle Zimbali Lakes 

Located with the Zimbali Lakes Resort this development is geared around the retirement market’s demand for secure retirement living. The development has sectional title apartments will be sold on a life rights basis. Facilities available at development include a 18-hole championship design golf course, the resort's signature 30-hectare lake and sporting facilities.
